The Rockwill RVR-1 is a single-phase pole-mounted automatic voltage regulator, purpose-built for 50 Hz overhead distribution networks. It merges oil-immersed transformer reliability with an intelligent digital control module, delivering precise and stable voltage regulation in harsh environments such as remote rural grids, industrial parks, and heavy-load facilities.
Built as an autotransformer with an integrated on-load tap changer (OLTC), the RVR-1 continuously monitors line voltage and current via built-in potential and current transformers, automatically adjusting tap positions to maintain output voltage within tight tolerances. The 32-step tap changer provides a wide boost and buck range, with each step enabling fine voltage correction to compensate for line voltage drops and load fluctuations.
The hermetically sealed oil-immersed tank ensures thermal stability, moisture resistance, and dielectric strength for long-term reliable operation outdoors. The regulator is designed for direct pole mounting on overhead distribution lines, eliminating the need for additional foundations and enabling rapid deployment. An intelligent control module offers real-time monitoring, automatic precision adjustment, and remote communication via GPRS, GSM, or Bluetooth for easy configuration and fault diagnosis.

Per i sistemi di distribuzione trifase, tre unità di questo regolatore di tensione monofase possono essere collegate in configurazione a triangolo chiuso su una linea trifase, fornendo all'intera rete un intervallo di regolazione esteso del 15% (o a triangolo aperto utilizzando due unità per una regolazione del 10%).
Ogni regolatore di tensione monofase sigillato in fabbrica è dotato di serie di un controller digitale RVR, un OLTC con motore integrato, un indicatore della posizione delle prese con regolazione ADD-AMP, boccole ad alta distanza di fuga con terminali NEMA, un indicatore di livello dell'olio, un dispositivo di prelievo campioni e una valvola di scarico dell'olio.
Gli accessori opzionali per questo regolatore di tensione monofase includono scaricatori di sovratensione in serie esterni, un dispositivo di scarico automatico della pressione, interruttori di bypass e pannelli degli interruttori di bypass, una base per sottostazione per montaggio su basamento e un quadro di controllo con pannello frontale rimovibile.
