RHB-252kV outdoor self-energy SF₆ live tank circuit breaker is developed for 252kV, 50Hz AC three-phase power grid, used for grid connection, circuit switching as well as overload & short-circuit protection of transmission lines and transformer stations.
Adopting SF₆ as insulating & arc-quenching medium, it is equipped with self-blast double-action interrupter and optimized spring operating mechanism.
Featuring outstanding breaking performance, low operating energy consumption, low running noise and high operational stability, all technical parameters comply with IEC & GB standards.
The whole set applies three-phase post porcelain insulator layout with one shared spring mechanism for triple-pole mechanical linkage.
This integrated linkage design simplifies mechanical structure, improves synchronous operation accuracy of three poles and avoids independent single-pole malfunction effectively.
Self-blast Arc Extinguishing Structure：Double-action arc-quenching chamber guarantees stable breaking performance under various load and fault current conditions.
Low Drive Power & Long Mechanical Life：Small required operating work; mechanical service life reaches over 10,000 switching cycles for long-term outdoor running.
High-performance Integral Arc Contact：Integral sintered copper-tungsten arc contact features excellent high-temperature resistance and anti-ablation capacity, capable of enduring more than 20 rated short-circuit breaking cycles.
Excellent Air-tightness & Insulation Performance：Precision sealing design ensures annual SF₆ leakage rate＜0.5%; strict internal drying treatment keeps gas moisture far below standard requirement; specific creepage distance above 31mm/kV for superior outdoor anti-pollution insulation.
Premium Interrupter Raw Materials：Lightweight zinc alloy valve sheet stabilizes internal airflow; imported PTFE composite nozzle greatly improves arc ablation resistance and reliable arc extinction.
High-quality Matching Parts：Pointer-type SF₆ density relay and secondary electrical components adopt well-known joint-venture/imported brands for stable on-line gas monitoring and high running reliability.
High-strength Spring Operating Mechanism：Core structural parts made of high-strength forged alloy steel with good wear resistance, low failure rate under frequent operation.
