Automatic core stacking machine

The automatic core lamination robot is specifically designed for transformer core lamination, supporting both punched and non-punched silicon steel sheets as well as stepped lamination processes. It integrates core technologies such as Omron motion control, SMC vacuum gripping, and vision sensors, featuring a 16-axis servo control system and SDRI lamination control software. By synchronizing the lamination of the yoke, middle, and column sections, it enhances efficiency. Additionally, it includes functions such as automatic width adjustment, online inspection, and remote control. With a length/width tolerance of ≤0.5mm, it is compatible with silicon steel sheets ranging from 0.18 to 0.35mm in thickness and cores within specific dimensions (side column length: 320-800mm, yoke length: 420-800mm, maximum core size: 820x820x250mm). It combines high efficiency, low noise, and safe reliability.
