Power Distribution System Expansion & Upgrade Project for 200,000 Tons/Year Chemical Park
Led the expansion and upgrade of the high-voltage power distribution system in a chemical park, adding 2 sets of 10kV/0.4kV transformers with total capacity increased to 12,500kVA. By optimizing busbar layout and introducing an intelligent monitoring system, power supply reliability was improved from 98.5% to 99.9%, and fault response time was reduced to less than 5 minutes, ensuring continuous production power demand and reducing annual outage losses by over 2 million yuan.
