Copper foil soft connection is composed of 0.10mm (standard design) or 0.03, 0.05, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50mm copper foil according to customer requirements. The installation contact surface is produced using pressure welding design.
Pressure welding is a special welding process that can weld copper foils of different strengths together in specific areas. This welding process does not require the use of any form of flux.
Thanks to this perfect molecular connectivity, copper foil soft bonding is an excellent electrical conductor. The installation contact surface can withstand any form of compression, bending, or collision. Due to the customized installation contact surface, it can be installed in a space of only 2 millimeters (such as for connecting inside a generator). According to the drawings or customer requirements

According to customer requirements, electroplating (tin plating or silver plating) can also be applied to the installation contact surface.
