The horizontal winding machine is a specialized equipment for manufacturing transformer coils, equipped with Omron control system and optional press fit unit (motor-driven, press fit torque can be set through the operation panel and is stable and reliable), covering 6 models from WRJ-5/1500 to WRJ (Y) -35/3000, with a load range of 5-35 tons, a maximum coil diameter of 3000mm, a spindle speed of 0-10r/min (0-7r/min for 35 ton models), with a maximum vertical pressure of 120-160kgf, a maximum horizontal pressure of 250-300kgf, and a maximum torque of 8000-40000 N.m. The core is adapted to the winding processing requirements of transformer coils, with stable operation and adjustable parameters.
