Expandable mandrel

Expandable mandrel is a clamping/winding equipment that achieves radial expansion and contraction through manual or power drive. Its core is used for transformer coil winding, workpiece processing (hard turning/grinding) and other scenarios. It has the advantages of high precision (coaxiality 0.002-0.005mm), large expansion (diameter direction 0.05-1.2mm), high torque transmission, etc. The clamping range covers 4mm-120mm, suitable for mass production and non-standard customization needs. Through expansion clamping, contraction demolding, etc., it avoids workpiece/coil damage, improves processing efficiency and quality.
