Slitting machine

The Slitting Line for Transformer Lamination is a specialized machine designed for the slitting of silicon steel coils. It supports two cutting methods: disc cutter and spacer cutter, and utilizes a high-rigidity longitudinal shearing and winding system to achieve low burr (≤0.02mm) and low warpage slitting. Equipped with an Omron PLC control system and a remote control system, the equipment unit operates efficiently and conveniently, driven by electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Optional waste winding or waste shredding devices are available. It covers four models (ZJX series), suitable for silicon steel coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.18 to 0.35mm and maximum widths of 1250mm. The slitting speed ranges from 0 to 180m/min, with a maximum single roll weight of 10,000kg and an edge straightness deviation of ≤0.2mm/2m.
