The MT Series CNC Turret Punch Press is a servo-hydraulic CNC device specially designed for mass punching processing of precision sheet metal parts. It focuses on complex processing such as punching, trimming, countersinking and louvering of materials including stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets and carbon steel thin sheets, with a maximum punching thickness of up to 6mm, a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm. Integrating core functions including dual-turret die library, high-speed die change and automatic programming, this equipment supports free switching of 24~60 station dies. It is widely used in sheet metal processing of HV/LV switchgear shells, transformer boxes, new energy chassis and construction machinery parts, meeting the needs of both small-batch customization and mass standardized production.
