Description

The RVR-1 single phase automatic voltage regulator is a tap-changing autotransformer. This automatic voltage regulator adjusts distribution line voltage from 10% boost to 10% buck across 32 steps, each around 5/8%. It covers voltage ratings from 2400V (60kV BIL) to 34500V (200kV BIL), suitable for 50Hz and 60Hz systems.
Built with internal potential winding taps and external ratio correction transformer, the automatic voltage regulator adapts to multiple system voltages. Smaller kVA versions come with pole-mount support lugs and substation/platform fixing fittings; larger automatic voltage regulator units are equipped with substation bases for pad mounting.
