Product Overview

 24kV Indoor Single-Phase Epoxy Resin Type Epoxy resin casting and fully enclosed construction, is used indoor for measuring  , electric energy and protective relaying the electric system with the frequency 50Hz or 60Hz and highest voltage for equipment 17.5 kV (Up to 24kV).The product has the feature of high reliability, low magnetism of core, large creepage distance of external insulation and maintenance free etc.

  • High-precision adaptation to multiple voltage levels: Specifically compatible with 17.5kV and 24kV single-phase systems respectively. Adopting high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel core and precision windings, with a metering accuracy of 0.2 class, it ensures stable voltage conversion and meets the needs of accurate metering and monitoring under different voltage levels.

  • Enhanced indoor environment tolerance: Featuring a fully enclosed epoxy resin vacuum casting structure, it effectively isolates dust and moisture. It can operate stably for a long time in indoor environments with temperatures ranging from -5℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity ≤90%, making it suitable for enclosed spaces such as switch cabinets and substations.

  • Highly reliable insulation protection: The insulation layer has high mechanical strength, capable of withstanding the corresponding rated voltage (17.5kV/24kV) and operational overvoltage impacts. With a partial discharge quantity ≤10pC, it significantly reduces the risk of insulation aging and improves the safe operation life of the equipment.

  • Compact design enhances installation flexibility: Its volume is reduced by more than 25% compared with traditional products, and it is lighter in weight. Supporting multiple installation methods such as horizontal and vertical installation, it is suitable for narrow indoor spaces, reducing installation area and labor costs.

  • Standardized convenience in operation and maintenance: Conforming to general installation size specifications, it offers flexible outlet methods (direct outlet / cable connection). Daily maintenance requires no complex debugging, enabling quick integration into existing systems and reducing maintenance difficulty and costs.
