Mechanical and sealing performance
Kailangan matiis ang 50kA short-circuit current shock (3s), tensile strength ≥ 80MPa, deformation ≤ 0.45mm
Ang 252kV flange kailangan lumampas sa water pressure test na 1.5 times ang rated pressure, may interface stress na mas mababa sa 70MPa at SF6 gas leakage rate na ≤ 0.1% bawat taon
2、 Materials and processes
Mainstream materials
Glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin (126kV) at aramid/polyester fiber epoxy composite material (252kV), may dielectric strength na ≥ 30kV/mm
Process innovation
