Electrical performance
Insulation flange na 126kV yana bukatar da shi ya kai power frequency withstand voltage test na 230kV/1min da kuma lightning impulse withstand voltage test na 550kV, tare da partial discharge capacity ≤ 5pC
Insulated flanges na 252kV yana bukatar da shi suka ta power frequency withstand voltage na 400kV/1min da kuma lightning impulse withstand voltage na 950kV, tare da surface electric field strength ≤ 15kV/mm
Mechanical and sealing performance
Yana bukatar da shi ya kai 50kA short-circuit current shock (3s), tensile strength ≥ 80MPa, deformation ≤ 0.45mm
Flange na 252kV yana bukatar da shi ya kai water pressure test na 1.5 times the rated pressure, tare da interface stress below 70MPa da SF6 gas leakage rate ≤ 0.1% per year

Flange na 252kV adopts a 3D printing+gradient material composite process to suppress electric field distortion
