Product introduction:
The DS4A-12/126/145/170D (W) High-Voltage Disconnector is an outdoor high-voltage power transmission equipment designed for three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It is used to interrupt or connect high-voltage lines under no-load conditions, enabling the switching and connection of power lines as well as the modification of power operation modes. Meanwhile, it can provide safe electrical isolation for high-voltage electrical equipment such as busbars and circuit breakers.
This product adopts a double-insulator horizontal center-break structure, which is openable in the middle and supports the installation of earthing switches on one or both sides. The high-voltage disconnector is equipped with CS14G, CS11 type manual operating mechanisms or CJ2 type motorized operating mechanisms to achieve three-pole interlocking; the earthing switch completes three-pole interlocking through the CS14G type manual operating mechanism. The product design fully considers the working principles and precautions for disconnectors, effectively avoiding common operational risks.
In August 2005, this product passed the improvement technology review by State Grid Corporation (Jiangsu provincial branch).
The DS4A series high-voltage disconnector consists of three single poles and an operating mechanism. Each single pole includes a base, post insulators, and conductive parts. Rotatable post insulators are installed on both sides of the elongated base, and the contact arms of the conductive switch blade are respectively fixed at the tops of the insulators. When the operating mechanism drives one end of the insulator to rotate, it drives the other end of the insulator to rotate reversely by 90° through a cross connecting rod, making the conductive switch blade rotate on the horizontal plane to realize the opening and closing operations of the disconnector. A horizontal insulating break is formed when opening. During the design phase, the product focuses on optimizing the reliability of the mechanical structure, which can reduce the probability of isolator mechanical failures. Meanwhile, it adopts an anti-overheating design for conductive parts to minimize the occurrence of overheating issues in busbar isolating switches.
Main characteristic:
The conductive arm made of rectangular Al-alloy pipes is characterized by high strength, light weight, large radiation area and corruption-resistance.
Adopt particular copper alloy to develop the self-contained contact, The contact point is tightened by the elastic force of the contact itself. The contact spring is eliminated to avoid possible drop of the contact in gripping force due to the spring's corrosion and shunting, heating and annealing, possible increment in contact resistance, and possible vicious cycle of the growing heat of the contact. The contact is made of curved copper plate, forming a large connection area with he conductive arm. In the opening and closing processes, there isa short trip of friction between the contact and the finger and he required operating force is small. The conductive part has been acknowledged by the Chinese competent authority as a new and practical patent.(Patent No.. Z103 2 20022.6)
The rotating parts of the disconnect switch are designed to be free of any maintenance. The rotating base is designed into a seal structure which denies the access of moisture, dust and harmful gases so that No.2 low-temperature lubricating cream within the bearing will not run off or harden, Within the bearing base are thrust ball bearing and radial ball bearing, both of which will share the gravity and horizontal component of the Switch Disconnector so that the operating torque will not increase after the long-term operation of the disconnect switch.
